Lava International has launched the W200 portablet wireless router in India. It creates WIFI hotspot and support up to 32 users. It also has adn inbuilt battery of 1800mAh which enables you to charge mobile devices anytime. It is compatiable with HSDPA/HSUPA/HSPA+,CDMA EVDO Rev A/B USB modems and recognizes ADSL/DHCO and WAN/LAN without any preset profile. The router supports Tata Photon (Huawei EC156) and the MTS Mblaze (AC2746 and AC2787).

Samsung Galaxy S4 launching at Reliance Digital stores on April 27th

Looks like Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy S4 in India through multiple channels.  The much anticipated Android phone will be launched at Reliance Digital Stores  across India on April 27th with a launch party for pre-booking customers in the evening in Mumbai. Certain outlets have started pre-bookings since yesterday. We had reported today morning about the Galaxy S4 going on sale on Samsung’s official online store on 27th.

Samsung has finally started rolling out the Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) update for the Samsung Galaxy S Advance (GT-I9070) in India. The Galaxy S2 got the Jelly Bean update in India earlier this month. The phone saw a huge price drop to Rs. 14,500 in India last month. Samsung announced the list of devices that would get the Android Jelly Bean update back in back in September 2012. Asus launched the Fonepad in India yesterday at a price tag of Rs. 15999. We brought you the unboxing of the device earlier this week. Here are the benchmarks of the device. The Fonepad is powered by a 1.2 GHz Intel Atom Lexington Z2420 single-core processor with Power VR SGX540 GPU. Xolo launched the X500 powered by this processor earlier this year. Google Nexus 7 16GB version went on sale in India from the Google Play Store last month at a price tag of Rs. 15,999. Asus launched the 32GB WiFi and 32GB 3G versions of the tablet in India earlier this month along with the 32GB 3G version priced at Rs. 21,999. Google has started selling 32GB WiFi version of the tablet from the official Google Play Store in India. Google unveiled the Nexus 7 last June, and the 3G version with 32GB storage was announced at the Google I/O in October last year. Samsung Galaxy Note 510 priced at Rs.30900, pre-bookings open

Samsung India has revealed the price of the much awaited Android tablet from the company – the Galaxy Note 510 which was announced as the Galaxy Note 8.0 during Mobile World Congress and announced for India as the Galaxy Note 510 at the Samsung Forum in Hyderabad. The price for the 3G version which supports calling is indicated as Rs.30900 on the company’s online store.

Samsung Galaxy S4 to go on sale in India from the official eStore on 27th April

Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy S4 in India tomorrow, April 26th. The phone would go on sale from their official eStore on 27th April, a day after the launch, and would also ship on the same day. Samsung would usually start pre-booking for their flagship devices before the launch, but just the registration page went live few weeks back. Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S4 at an event in New York last month. The company had already conducted the Galaxy S4 World Tour 2013 in London, Seoul and Hong Kong. Acer Liquid E2 with 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.1 announced

Acer has announced the Liquid E2, successor of the Liquid E1 that was released earlier this year. It has a 4.5-inch (960 × 540 pixels) display and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) similar to the Liquid E1, but it is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor. It has a 8MP auto focus camera at the back with LED flash, 1080p HD video recording and  can capture 8 pictures per second in burst mode. It also has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It also features dual speakers and DTS digital audio support for enhanced audio output. It also has dual SIM variant, Acer Liquid E2 Duo that would be available in select markets. Sony Xperia P, go and E dual Android 4.1 update starts rolling out, Xperia S, SL and ion getting it from May end

Sony Mobile has announced that they have started rolling out Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) update  (v 6.2.A.0.400) for the Xperia P, Xperia go and the Xperia E dual. Sony Xperia J got the Jelly bean update last month, and the Xperia T and Xperia V got the update earlier this year. The Sony Xperia Tablet S got the Android 4.1 update last week. Sony confirmed Jelly Bean update for range of 2012 Xperia devices back in October. Sony Mobile has announced that the Xperia S,Xperia SL, Xperia ion and Xperia acro S would start receiving the Android 4.1 update from the end of May.
