Samsung just launched the Gear Fit2 Pro fitness tracker with a new watch-style clasp and the Gear Sport smartwatch in India. Both these were introduced at the IFA 2017. The Gear Fit2 Pro has a 1.5-inch Curved Super AMOLED screen and built-in GPS and runs Tizen OS, similar to the predecessor The Gear Sport has a 1.2-inch Circular Super AMOLED Always On display and comes with GPS, Heart rate sensor and NFC for Samsung Pay. It has easily changeable standard 20mm straps.

Samsung announced back in April that its second generation 10-nanometer (nm) FinFET process technology, 10LPP (Low Power Plus), has been qualified and is ready for production. Today the Korean giant has announced that its Foundry Business has started mass production of these SoCs based on second-gen 10nm process tech, 10LPP .

When everyone is waiting for the Redmi Note 5, Xiaomi just sent out invites for the announcement of Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus smartphones at an event in China on December 7th. The company has also teased the smartphone in several images that confirm its design. New smartphones with model numbers MDT1 and MDE1 have been certified by TENAA today with 18:9 displays, so this will likely be the Redmi 5.

Mac OS users have found a serious software flaw on the High Sierra that lets anyone log in to the Mac without needing a password and can gain full admin access.
