Nimbuzz and Virgin Mobile India have partnered to offer a new service called Vchatter to users. Nimbuzz is a very popular mobile chat software and we have spoken about it in the past.
All you need to do is create a nimbuzz account and add all your chat accounts to it like google talk, yahoo , msn messenger ,facebook ,skype.And you just need to sign into nimbuzz from your mobile phone and you will be automatically logged in to all your IM accounts with a single login. Now with vchatter, Nimbuzz is offering its multibrand WAP chat application to Virgin Mobile allowing users to access multiple instant messengers.

Sorry iPhone fans. Looks like iPhone 3GS will not be coming to India on Aug 9th. I visited a iStore in the city and from what they told me August 9th seems impossible and 3rd week of August looks more probable .

Palm Pre Pics FoneArena Exclusive
While we told you Palm Pre is coming soon to India , we are yet to hear from them about the official launch date.The GSM Version certainly does exist as it was spotted at MWC in Barcelona and also in Vietnam. Here are some pics of the CDMA version for now.
The phone is really small and can be used without opening the keypad. But if you need o type , you need to slide out the QWERTY keyboard. The screen is a gorgeous 320×480 pixels

Tata Docomo seems to be getting a lot of attention amongst mobile consumers in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. So we went ahead and bought a Tata Docomo SIM Card to check out the service . Tata Docomo is Tata’s foray into GSM sevices in India and the different pricing strategy has already grabbed our attention. The SIM Card pack rarely gets any attention from customers as most of it is just marketing material and nothing is useful to the end user.
