POCO just launched the M4 5G, the company’s latest mid-range 5G smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.58-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate with variable 30Hz, 60Hz and 90Hz options, and comes with a an 8-megapixel camera on the front inside the notch. The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM, 2GB of virtual RAM and support for 7 5G bands and runs Android 12 with MIUI 13. HUAWEI WATCH GT 3 Pro with 1.43″ / 1.32″ AMOLED display, ECG support, up to 14 days battery life announced

Along with its foldable phone, HUAWEI also introduced the HUAWEI WATCH GT 3 Pro series as the successor to last year’s WATCH GT 3 series. It comes in two models, the smaller 43mm model has a 1.32″ AMOLED screen, nanocrystalline Ceramic body, Sapphire Glass protection and a Stainless Steel Bezel. The bigger 46mm model has an 1.43″ AMOLED screen, Titanium Body, Sapphire Glass protection and a Ceramic Back. HUAWEI Mate Xs 2 with 7.8″ OLED foldable 120Hz display, stylus support announced

HUAWEI has announced the Mate Xs 2, a new foldable phone and the successor to the  Mate Xs in China. It has a 7.8-inch foldable 120Hz OLED panel, and in unfolded state it is 6.5 inches 120Hz and 240Hz, respectively. It is just 5.4mm at its thinnest point, same as the predecessor, and uses the same patented “Eagle Wing” steel hinge. HUAWEI says that the flold is 70% better than that of the Xs, and has improved anti-drop, impact, and extrusion capabilities. OnePlus Nord Buds with Bluetooth 5.2, 12.4mm drivers, up to 30h total playback, fast charge launched in India for Rs. 2799

OnePlus just launched the Nord Buds, the company’s first Nord series TWS earbuds in India, as it had promised. It has Bluetooth 5.2, 94ms ultra low latency and 12.4mm titanium dynamic drivers tuned for rich bass. It has an ergonomic in-ear design and fits better in the ear canal, says the company. The earphones support touch controls, but lacks wear detection for autoplay / pause. OnePlus just launched the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G, the company’s third phone in the Nord CE range, as it had promised. It has a 6.59-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, features a 16-megapixel camera inside the punch-hole. The phone is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 695 SoC, HyperBoost Gaming Engine, and runs Android 12 with OxygenOS 12.1 with a promise of 2 years of software updates and 3 years of security updates. OnePlus just launched the OnePlus 10R, the company’s latest smartphone in the OnePlus 10 series in India, as it had promised. The phone features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 120Hz refresh rate and 1000Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max SoC that combines the HyperBoost game frame stabilization engine to offers game stability, AI computing, and night scene video noise reduction. Nothing Launcher beta for Android released

At the Nothing event: The Truth, the company’s CEO and Co-founder Carl Pei confirmed the launch of Nothing phone (1) in summer and also unveiled the first look of the Nothing OS. Samsung Q1 2022: Another quarterly revenue record, 50.5% YoY profit increase, strong Galaxy S22 series sales

Samsung has reported its earnings for Q1 2022 that ended March 31, 2022 in which the company posted 77.78 trillion won ($61.2 billion approx.) consolidated revenue, up 18.94% YoY which is a new record for the third consecutive quarter. It made an operating profit of 14.12 trillion won ($11.12 billion approx.), up 50.53% YoY. Qualcomm’s custom Nuvia processors for Windows PCs now expected in late 2023

Qualcomm purchased Nuvia in July 2021, which is a company that used to specialize CPU and technology design. At the Investor Day 2021 in November, the company said that it will start building its own chips for laptops in 2022. Today, during its earnings call, Qualcomm’s President and CEO Cristiano Amon confirmed that the company is still working on its own chips. Samsung Galaxy M53 5G Unboxing and First Impressions

Samsung recently launched the Galaxy M53 5G as the successor of the Galaxy M52 5G in India. The phone retains the 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, but this is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC and replaces the 64MP camera with a 108MP main camera for the first time in the M series. Sony Xperia 1 IV launch event scheduled for May 11

Sony has scheduled its Xperia product launch event on April 14th in which the company is expected to launch the new Xperia 1 IV flagship smartphone as well as Xperia 10 IV alongside. Sony already confirmed that it will launch new Xperia phones powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Mobile Platform, so we can expect the chip in the flagship. motorola has officially announced the edge 30, the company’s latest smartphone in the edge 30 range, after it surfaced recently. It packs a 6.5″ OLED, 10-bit colour screen with DCI-P3 colour space, HDR10+, 144Hz refresh rate, is powered by the Snapdragon 778G+ SoC with 8GB of RAM. The phone runs Android 12.

vivo T1 Pro 5G with 6.44″ FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 778G and vivo T1 44W launching in India on May 4

vivo launched the T1 5G smartphone in India back in February. Now it has confirmed the launch of T1 Pro and T1 44W smartphones in India. These come after the launch of iQOO Z6 Pro 5G and Z6 44W in the country earlier today.
