We have been hearing several rumours about the upcoming OnePlus 9 5G smartphone for quite sometime now. Now the rumours about the OnePlus 9 Lite has surfaced online. Based on this we can expect OnePlus 9, 9 Pro and 9 Lite, three new smartphones in OnePlus’ early 2021 line up. The OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro should be powered by Snapdragon 888 flagship SoC, but the OnePlus 9 Lite is said to come with the old Snapdragon 865 SoC. Apple reportedly secures contract for TSMC’s 3nm chips; Could be used in M-series chips in 2022

Global chip manufacturer TSMC has reportedly secured their first contract for their upcoming 3nm chip process, and the first customer is none other than Apple. The company has been contracted to manufacture Apple’s future M series SoCs that will power the Macbooks and iPads in the future.

Apple is best known for their iPhones, iPads and Mac computers, but over the years, there have been many reports of Apple working on designing and building their own cars for consumers. Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro design, features surface ahead of launch

Samsung’s Galaxy S21 series is rumoured to be launching sometime next month and along with it, Samsung is also expected to reveal the next member of their truly wireless earbuds family — the Galaxy Buds Pro. After the specifications, and teaser videos, press renders for the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, S21+ 5G and S21 Ultra 5G have surfaced online. This shows the Galaxy S21 in Violet, Gray, White, and Pink, S21 Plus in Violet, Silver and Black and S21 Ultra in Silver and Black colours. The S21 and S21 Plus is expected to come in 128GB and 256GB versions and the S21 Ultra is expected to come in 512GB version depending on the market. Samsung Galaxy A72 5G with 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED Infinity-O display, quad rear cameras surface

After the renders of the Galaxy A52 5G that surfaced last week, now the CAD renders of the Galaxy A72 5G has surfaced online. This shows a similar Glasstic rear panel as the A52 and the phone is said to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED flat display with an in-display fingerprint scanner, and an Infinity-O front camera which might feature a 32MP sensor similar to the predecessor. Apple iPhone 13 series on track for September 2021 announcement: Rumour

When the COVID-19 pandemic caused many of the factories around the world to shutdown, it significantly disrupted Apple’s iPhone supply chains, causing months of production delays. Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo has reportedly predicted that Apple will likely not face such issues in 2021, and the iPhone 13 is well within schedule.

OnePlus 9 5G with 6.55-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 888, triple rear cameras surface in live images

 After the CAD renders that surfaced last month, live images of the upcoming OnePlus 9 5G smartphone has surfaced online. This reveals a flat punch-hole display for the phone, similar to the OnePlus 8T, however the back of the phone has two large camera modules, and a smaller camera module along with LED flash. There is also Ultra Shot branding next to the camera. Since it is a prototype, it has a different logo instead of OnePlus. Apple reportedly begins development of in-house 5G modem for future iPhones, iPads

Back in October, Apple made a huge splash in the smartphone space with 5G support on their latest iPhone 12 series. The 5G modem for these iPhones were supplied by Qualcomm, but that may not be the case in future iPhones and iPads and sources inside Apple have revealed that they are developing their own 5G modem chips.

OnePlus 9 Pro will reportedly continue to feature IP68 water and dust resistance

It took many years for Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus to start including IP ingress protection in their smartphones, with the OnePlus 8 Pro being the first phone to feature an official IP68 rating. OnePlus seems to be sticking with this choice as the OnePlus 9 Pro is now rumoured to feature IP68 water and dust protection too.

This reveals the center punch-hole camera on the front and the rear camera design of the phones. Apple developing up to 32-core Apple Silicon SoCs for high-end Macs: Report

Apple’s foray into the desktop ARM computing world was, for the most part, a success with the launch of the M1 Apple Silicon in the entry level Macs. According to sources from the industry, Apple is definitely not stopping here and is reportedly developing successors to M1 for their high-end machines that will reportedly have up to 32-high performance cores.
