OnePlus 9 Pro with 6.7-inch Quad HD+ 120Hz curved display, Hasselblad quad rear cameras surface in live images

After the CAD renders that surfaced last year, live images of the upcoming OnePlus 9 Pro has surfaced, thanks to the YouTuber Dave2D who got hold of the images. It should be the prototype of the OnePlus 9 Pro, but it is not clear if this will be the final version. This shows Hasselblad branding in the quad camera module for the first time in a smartphone. We had already seen Hasselblad partnering with Motorola for the Hasselblad TrueZoom Moto Camera Mod. Earlier rumours said that OnePlus was in talks with Zeiss.

More images show a glass back with a glossy finish and OnePlus branding in the middle.

Camera UI shows 3.3x zoom compared to 3X zoom in the predecessor, so it is not clear if this will have an improved telephoto camera. It also shows 0.6x for the ultra-wide camera. It also shows Tilt-Shift option that will let you focus on an object and blur out other parts.

More images show a metal frame that is curved, alert slider and lock / power button on the right side. On the bottom, there is a SIM slot, USB-C port, primary microphone and the down-firing speaker.

The phone is said to come with a Quad HD+ (3120 x 1440 pixels)  curved screen with 120Hz refresh rate, similar to the OnePlus 8 Pro. Earlier rumours revealed a 6.7-inch screen for the phone. Even though some images show 11GB of RAM, it should come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. We can expect Snapdragon 888 SoC.

Earlier rumours said that it will feature IP68 ratings, pack a larger battery compared to 4510mAh in the 8 Pro, feature 65W wired fast charging and 45W wireless charging support. The OnePlus 9 series is expected to be launched in March 2021.
