After the press renders of Galaxy A72 5G that surfaced last month, more renders and some specifications of the Galaxy A72 4G has surfaced. This shows a 6.7-inch FHD+ punch-hole display, rectangular rear camera housing with quad camera setup. Recent rumour revealed that the phone will feature a 90Hz refresh rate display, the first time for Samsung, is said to be powered by Snapdragon 720G SoC with up to 8GB of RAM. Vivo patents foldable smartphone with penta rear camera setup

Folding smartphones still have a long way to go before they really become mainstream. That may change this year as Chinese smartphone manufacturers will reportedly be releasing their first foldable smartphones this year. According to a patent filed in August 2020, Vivo is developing a foldable smartphone that has its screen folding inwards.

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G could feature 120Hz AMOLED display, IP67 water resistant body; Galaxy A52 / A72 4G with 90Hz display

We had already seen the CAD renders, press renders and the phone got certified by TENAA in China recently, now there is a new report that says that the phone will come with 120Hz refresh rate, similar to most Samsung flagships. The report adds that the 4G version of the Galaxy A52 and the Galaxy A72 will feature a 90Hz refresh rate display for the first time in a Samsung phone. Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G with 6.5-inch FHD+ display, Android 11, 5000mAh battery gets certified

A new realme 5G smartphone with the model number RMX3161 has been certified by TENAA in China. This is said to launch as Narzo 30 Pro 5G in China as well as India soon. The certification confirms a 6.5-inch punch-hole screen, which will likely be an LCD screen since the phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Twitter may introduce subscription based features for Tweetdeck and other services

Twitter is reportedly looking into releasing a subscription based model that will be an alternative to the advertisement-supported model that they currently employ. They are still looking into what can be offered for a subscription, including the ability for users to pay to follow content from certain accounts, an “Undo send” button, profile customization options and more.

ASUS said to release a premium and compact Zenfone Mini smartphone in 2021

OnePlus 9 Pro with 6.7-inch Quad HD+ 120Hz curved display, Hasselblad quad rear cameras surface in live images

After the CAD renders that surfaced last year, live images of the upcoming OnePlus 9 Pro has surfaced, thanks to the YouTuber Dave2D who got hold of the images. It should be the prototype of the OnePlus 9 Pro, but it is not clear if this will be the final version. This shows Hasselblad branding in the quad camera module for the first time in a smartphone. We had already seen Hasselblad partnering with Motorola for the Hasselblad TrueZoom Moto Camera Mod. Earlier rumours said that OnePlus was in talks with Zeiss. Samsung is all set to launch Galaxy F62 (SM-E625F/DS), the company’s new mid-range ‘F series’ smartphone in India this month, according to the latest IANS report.
