The Nokia N8 is one of the most solid devices built to date: with an anodized aluminum body that can take some beating and come back victorious and a gorilla glass screen that defeats scratches by nature, it’s hard to find a reason why you would need, nay want, a screen protector or carrying case. However, I have come across a few pictures of tortured N8s with scratched bodies or screens and while I knew that it would take a lot of unfortunate events to get them to that state, I knew that I wanted the best class protection for my lovely orange N8. See, I’m a clumsy person, and it isn’t a rare scenario for me to drop my phone because I was hand gesturing too much or carrying many items with it in one hand. Just5 CP11 Review

Last month at the Mobile World Congress we got to check out a wide variety of cellphones. With the latest cutting edge specifications , these devices are no longer just phones. Indeed smartphones have become an integral part of life to check on emails , keep a tab on appointments , to consume media and even produce it. In the midst of all this innovation was one product which completely stood out. It lacked a high end camera , did not play music , didn’t even have a user editable calendar. What it did have however was the promise of ease of use for the technologically challenged. The Just5 CP11 is targeted towards Seniors for whom the primary purpose is to make a phone call or send an SMS. The CP11 excels at those and more. Is the phone easy to use ? Xperia X10 getting Gingerbread update !

Xperia X10 was Sony Ericsson’s first Android smartphone with 4-inch capacitive touch display, 8.1 megapixel camera, and the cool Rachael Android UI with Mediascape and Timescape UI. The Xperia X10 got updated to Android 2.1 last year. It looks like they have changed the mind of canceling updates to X10. BestBuy to launch HTC Flyer Wi-Fi exclusively in USA

Google Nexus S India Launch April 1st Week for Rs.27999?

Online retailer FlipKart has started taking Pre-orders for the Google Nexus S made by Samsung. The asking price for the device is Rs.27999 which is higher than the current price of the Galaxy S i9000.The Nexus S is currently the only Android phone in the market that comes with stock Gingerbread (Android 2.3) . The expected launch date is April 1st week.

Samsung today surprised everyone by launching 2 Galaxy Tab Android Tablets – Galaxy Tab 8.9 which was the rumored 8.9inch tablet from Samsung. The company also launched a new version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 which was first seen at MWC only last month.Both these tablets feature the TouchWiz UI making it the first Android Honeycomb tablets with a customized UI. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1 WiFi Prices Revealed

Samsung’s Omar Khan just outed the prices of the WiFi only versions of the Galaxy Tab 8.9 and Galaxy Tab 10.1 Tablet. The Tab 10.1 will hit the market in June and the 8.9 incher is expected in summer. Looks like Samsung is smartly pricing the Tab’s to take on the iPad with the 16GB 10.1 Tab costing the same as the iPad2 while the 8.9 inch Tab costs only $469. Bear in mind that this is only for the Wifi versions.
