Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 launched with 1.4 GHz quad-core Processor, 2GB RAM and Android 4.0

Samsung has launched the GALAXY Note 10.1 that now comes with a 1.4GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of internal RAM. Samsung announced the GALAXY Note 10.1 at MWC 2012, but the specs of the device have been upgraded from that version. It also comes with a 5MP rear camera and a 1.9MP front-facing camera and S Pen input. This also includes unique features such as Smart Stay, Pop Up Play, AllShare Play and AllShare Group Cast. that were present in the Galaxy S3. Nokia 112 Dual SIM phone now available in India for Rs. 2595

Nokia 112, affordable Dual-SIM phone is now available in India from online retailer Flipkart. It was announced in May along with the Nokia 110, that went on sale in India in June. It has 1.8-inch (128 x 160 pixels) D5 TFT display, Dual-SIM support with Nokia’s unique Easy Swap, VGA camera, 32 GB microSD card support,Bluetooth v2.1 with EDR, FM Radio with RDS and 3.5 mm audio jack. HTC Desire VC officially launched in India for Rs. 21,999

HTC has officially launched the Desire VC in India in partnership with TATA DOCOMO. It is a Dual SIM (CDMA EV-DO and GSM) phone . It went on sale from online retailers earlier this week. The specs are similar to the Desire V including, 4-inch (480 x 800 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, 1GHZ single-core processor. Samsung to unveil Galaxy Note 2 at IFA on August 29

Samsung spokesperson has confirmed Reuters that they plan to unveil the next Galaxy Note at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event in Berlin on August 29. Samsung started sending invites yesterday for the Unpacked event scheduled for August 29th. LG Optimus L3 Dual E405 now available in India for Rs. 8299


LG Optimus L3 Dual E405 , Dual SIM version of the Optimus L3 that was announced in June, is now available in India from online retailer Flipkart. It has a dedicated SIM switch button similar to the Optimus Net Dual, to switch between the SIM cards quickly and has Dual standby support. Other features are similar to the single SIM version such as, 3.2-inch (320×240 pixels) display, 800MHz Processor, 3MP camera. It runs on Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread). HTC Radar price drops to Rs. 15799

The HTC Radar has got a price cut in India, and is available for just Rs. 15,799 from online retailer Flipkart. It was launched in India last October for Rs. 23,990. This would compete with Nokia Lumia 710 that got a price cut in January and retails for Rs.15,499 and Omnia W that is also available for almost similar price, after a price cut in February. Samsung begins mass production of 64GB embedded flash memory for mobiles devices

Samsung has announced that they have started producing ultra-fast embedded memory for smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices in 16, 32 and 64-gigabyte (GB) densities. Samsung Embedded Multimedia Card (eMMC) Pro Class 1500 delivers up to 140 MB/s (megabytes per second) sequential reading speeds and up to 50 MB/s sequential writing speeds. Zync Z-909 plus launched at Rs. 3,699

Zync recently announced its low cost tablet, the Z-909 plus. Coming in at just around Rs. 3700, it is one of the cheapest tablets in the market right now. The 7″ tablet is powered by a 1Ghz processor coupled with 256MB of RAM. Unfortunately the WVGA touchscreen is resistive in nature. WiFi connectivity is present and a 0.3 MP camera can be found up front.
