Google has paused the rollout of Chrome 79 that was just released with the new phishing protections updates. Users who updated discovered a bug that caused data from other apps to be deleted. The reason identified had to do with how apps use Android WebView on Android.

OPPO is all set to introduce the Reno 3 and Reno 3 Pro smartphones at an event on December 26th. The company already confirmed Reno 3 Pro 5G will be powered by Snapdragon 765G, pack a 4025mAh battery, weigh 180 grams and feature 7.7mm slim body. It also said that Reno3 5G will be the first phone to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1000 SoC. These will come with ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 out of the box and will have support for 5G standalone and non-stand alone (SA/NSA) sub-6GHz networks.
