OPPO Reno3 5G with MediaTek Dimensity 1000 and Reno3 Pro 5G with Snapdragon 765G, up to 12GB RAM, quad rear cameras get certified

OPPO is all set to introduce the Reno 3 and Reno 3 Pro smartphones at an event on December 26th. The company already confirmed Reno 3 Pro 5G will be powered by Snapdragon 765G, pack a 4025mAh battery, weigh 180 grams and feature 7.7mm slim body. It also said that Reno3 5G will be the first phone to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1000 SoC. These will come with ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 out of the box and will have support for 5G standalone and non-stand alone (SA/NSA) sub-6GHz networks. Now the phones have been certified by TENAA with the model numbers PDCM00 and PDCM00 confirming the complete specifications. OPPO Reno3 Pro 5G with 7.7mm glass body, Snapdragon 765G and Reno3 5G teased ahead of December announcement [Update: New teasers]

Update: December 9, 2019 – OPPO has posted a new video teaser for the Reno3 Pro showing off its quad rear cameras, metal frame and glass back with a gradient finish. Both the phone have a similar rear camera arrangement, but the position of the LED flash is different. However, only the Reno3 Pro has a punch-hole screen on the left side, while the Reno3 features a water-drop notch screen with a slightly bigger bottom bezel.
