Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 5.0 Lollipop update starts rolling out in India

Samsung has started rolling out Android 5.0.1 (Lollipop) update for the Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) smartphone in India. It rolled out Android 4.4 (KitKat) update for the smartphone about one year back. Samsung has still not revealed the list of devices that would get the Lollipop update, but it started rolling out the update for Galaxy S5 and the Galaxy S4 users in some markets. It is surprising that the company has not rolled out the Lollipop update for Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 3 users in India yet. Even though OnePlus introduced pre-order system back in October and had conducted several open sales since then, OnePlus has finally decided to introduce the system in India to celebrate the successful completion of 10 weeks of OnePlus in India.
