Huawei just launched the Y9 2019, a new mid-range smartphone in India, as it had promised. The phone was introduced couple of months back and packs 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with a narrow chin and high screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Kirin 710 SoC, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.2, has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 2-megapixel secondary camera to capture depth information in portrait shots and a 13-megapixel front camera along with a 2-megapixel front camera for portrait selfies, and both have AI photography features.
Along with two new Mi TV models, Xiaomi also launched the Mi Soundbar in India. It has eight drivers, including two 20mm dome tweeters for the highs, two 2.5” woofers for the mids and four passive radiators for the lows and enhanced bass. In Addition to Bluetooth, it also has Line-In, AUX, Optical and S/PDIF input options.

Xiaomi today launched its new Mi LED TV 4A PRO 43″ 1080p Smart TV and it top-end Mi LED TV 4X PRO 55″ 4K TV with support for 10-bit colour depth, and HDR10 in India. After announcing price cuts for Mi A2, Redmi Note 5 Pro and Redmi Y2, Xiaomi today announced a price cut for the Redmi 6 Pro smartphone for the first time since it was launched in September last year. The 3GB+32GB of the phone now costs Rs. 9999 and the 4GB+64GB is now available for Rs. 11,999, after a Rs. 1000 price cut. It is available at new rates on Amazon.in, Mi.com and offline stores.

Xolo, at an event in Delhi officially launched the Era 4X budget smartphone. It also introduced the Era 5X, which the company says is a budget selfie smartphone with a 13-megapixel front camera with LED flash and AI studio mode with sudio lighting modes like the iPhone. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera, ha a 5.7-inch HD+ screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection. It is powered by MediaTek Helio A22 12nm Quad-Core SoC and has Dual plate graphite layer to reduce heat.
OPPO has silently launched R15 Pro smartphone in India. It was originally introduced as R15 Dream Mirror Edition in China last year. It has a 6.28-inch FHD+ 19:9 aspect ratio OLED display with a notch with a 1.78mm narrow frame and 90% screen-to-body ratio. It calls it Super-V Display. It is powered by Snapdragon 660 SoC with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
