After leak, BlackBerry Mobile has officially announced the TCL-made BlackBerry Motion, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone at the GITEX Technology Week in Dubai. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 Mobile platform, runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) and has a water-resistant body with IP67 ratings. It has a 12-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, similar to the KEYone. Google Android 8.0 Oreo is finally out of beta and is slowly finding its way into smartphones, and with that being out of the way, it’s time for Android Wear. Google is finally taking beta registrations for the preliminary beta update for the next version of Android Wear starting today. Though it is the next version of Android wear, you will be disappointed to know that the update doesn’t bring a lot of new features and will only be termed as “technical upgrade to API 26”. Android Oreo is now on 0.2% of devices, Nougat adoption hits 17.8%

Google is out with Android distribution numbers for the month of October. Android Oreo that was released little over a month ago, has entered the charts this month and is now present on 0.2% of all the devices. Google started rolling out Android 8.0 Nougat to Nexus and Pixel devices in late August.
