Qiku recently confirmed that it will foray into Indian market by the end of this November with QIKU Terra 808 and QIKU Terra 810 smartphones. Today the company has sent out invites for the launch of its Q Terra smartphones that have dual 13-megapixel rear cameras. The Q Terra 808 is powered by a Hexa-Core Snapdragon 808 processor and comes with 3GB of RAM and has a 6-inch 1080p display. The Q Terra 810 is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor, comes with 4GB of RAM and has a 6-inch Quad HD display. Both these smartphones run on 360 OS based on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop), have metal body and come with a fingerprint sensor on the back to unlock the phone in just 0.5 seconds. Xiaomi today announced Mi Pad 2, successor of last year’s Mi Pad at an event in China, as it promised, along with the Redmi Note 3. It has the same 7.9-inch (2048 × 1536 pixels) display at 326 ppi as the first Mi Pad, but the NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor has been replaced by a quad-core Intel Atom X5-Z8500. Xiaomi toady announced the Redmi Note 3, the company’s latest Redmi Note series smartphone, as it promised. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 processor and runs on MIUI 7 based on Android Lollipop. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), resulting in a quick focus of just 0.1 second. It also has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. CyanogenMod already confirmed that it is planning to roll out CM13 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow by the end of 2015. Now it has announced official CM13 nightly builds for some of the devices in the first wave, including OnePlus One (bacon), Google Nexus 7 (deb & flo), LG G4 (h815), Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 (mondrianwifi), LG GPad 7.0 (v400 & v410), LG G3 Verizon (vs985) and Motorola Moto X 2014 (victara). Lenovo has launched the Vibe S1 smartphone in India, as it promised. It packs a 5-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6752 processor, runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF). The main highlight of the smartphone is its dual front-facing cameras. The 8-megapixel front-facing camera, along with the secondary 2-megapixel camera will offer crisp images and advanced depth of field, including background blur, background swap and improved low-light results, according to Lenovo.
