Get Android 9.0 Pie on Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro with Pixel Experience ROM

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is amongst best-selling devices launched this year, Xiaomi launched it running on Android Nougat despite launching in February and later in June rolled out Android Oreo update. Redmi Note 5 Pro runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 mobile platform and devices like Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, Nokia 6.1 Plus and Motorola One Power with the same SoC are confirmed to receive Android Pie update in the coming month but Xiaomi has not announced their plans about Redmi Note 5 Pro Android Pie update. Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact Android 9.0 (Pie) update starts rolling out

Sony Mobile officially confirmed the list of its smartphones that will get Android 9.0 (Pie) update back in August. It said that its Premium-range models will get the upgrade from November, now the company has started rolling out the Pie update for its Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact smartphones earlier than expected date. Fortnite Beta for Android now available for all compatible devices without an invite

Epic Games released the Fortnite beta for Android exclusively on Samsung devices first, back in August. Later it was available through invite for select users of other smartphones. Now the game is available for all the compatible smartphones without an invite. It already said that the devices should run Android 8.0 or higher, should pack 3GB RAM or higher and require compatible GPU – Adreno 530 or higher, Mali-G71 MP20, Mali-G72 MP12 or higher.

The new commute tab feature one-tap access to live traffic and transit information tailored to your commute. Nokia 7 Plus Android 9.0 (Pie) update in final stages of testing, stable roll out expected soon

Google introduced Android Pie Beta program for a range of smartphones including the Nokia 7 Plus back in May. It released Android P Developer Preview 5 (Beta 4) for the smartphone last week. At the Nokia 6.1 Plus launch last month the company said that the Nokia 7 Plus will get the stable Android Pie update in September, but we are nearing the end of the month.

OnePlus 6 OxygenOS 9.0 Android 9.0 Pie Stable update starts rolling out

OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS 9.0 update based on Android 9.0 (Pie) for its flagship OnePlus 6 smartphone, in about four months after it released the Android P beta as one of the first manufacturers, and releasing three open beta updates this month. The company said that starting with the Android Pie, OxygenOS version number will correspond with the Android version number.
