Asus has launched the Asus Fonepad 7 Dual SIM (ME175CG) with dual SIM support in India as we reported last week. It was announced at the MWC 2014 earlier this year and packs a 7-inch (1280 x 800) HD LED Backlit IPS display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). Asus launched the Fonepad 7, a 7-inch tablet with 3G, 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor and voice calling capabilities in India last year. Google Glass to get Android 4.4 KitKat update with several new features

Google has announced that it is rolling out Android 4.4 update to Google Glass along with other improvements. The company is launching the update soon after last week’s announcement which will allow the US buyers to shop the Google Glass for a limited period of time on April 15th.

After the successful Moto G launch, Motorola launched the Moto X in India last month. This was announced even before the Moto X soon after Droid Mini, Droid Ultra and Droid Maxx. PayPal launches biometric authentication for the Samsung Galaxy S5 in 25 countries

PayPal has announced that the fingerprint-based authentication system for the Galaxy S5 is available in 25 countries. This lets users just login to PayPal on mobile web sites, mobile apps and in stores with their fingerprint. This was first announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February. It is also more secure, says PayPal. Rooted Android KitKat smartphones get CF.lumen – f.lux like for Android

Chaifire is a popular XDA forums developer and is known for his rooted applications like Chainfire 3D and CF.lumen. CF.lumen allows you to control the color tone of your display for smartphones and if you have used f.lux for your PC or laptop, then you might be well aware of what it does. CF.lumen is similar to f.lux, but it is available for Android devices and comes with more settings and options.
