Xiaomi launches new Mi Band (White LED) and Mi In-Ear Headphones Basic, price cuts for Mi devices during DiwaliWithMi sales

XIaomi already announced DiwaliWithMi in India from November 3rd to 5th. Today it has launched a new version of Mi Band with White LED in India for Rs. 799, which will go on sale tomorrow on Mi.com. This will come only with White LED light, compared to multicolored LED lights in the original version that was launched earlier this year. According to Xiaomi’s research most of the Mi Band users don’t change the progress light color even though there are four colors to choose, so they have launched the new version with White LED at an affordable rate. Xiaomi has released MIUI 7 global stable version for some of its smartphones, as it promised last week. It introduced MIUI 7 back in August at the Redmi Note 2 launch event back in August. Xiaomi Mi 4c Benchmarks

Xiaomi introduced the Mi 4c, a variant of the Mi 4 smartphone for the Chinese market last month. We brought you the unboxing and the photo gallery of the smartphone recently, here we have its benchmarks. The Mi 4c is powered by an Hexa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 64-bit 20nm processor that has two bigger ARM Cortex A57 cores clocked at 1.82GHz per core and four smaller ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.44GHz per core with 600 MHz Adreno 418 GPU. It has 2GB / 3GB of RAM depending on the variant, we have the 2GB RAM variant. It has a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop)-based MIUI 7 on top. Huawei outshines Xiaomi to become No.1 smartphone maker in China: Report

Huawei has dethroned Xiaomi to become the No.1 smartphone maker in China in Q3, 2015, as per a latest report from Canalys.  This is the first time Huawei has taken the top position in China.

Xiaomi introduced MIUI 7 back in August at the Redmi Note 2 launch event back in August. It released global beta ROMs and over-the-air (OTA) updates for smartphones running on developer version at the end of August, as it promised at the launch event. Today it has announced that MIUI 7 global stable version will roll out from October 27, 2015. It will also be released for the Chinese version of the smartphones from the same date. Xiaomi has introduced Mi TV 3, its new 60-inch smart TV with a 4K  (3840 x 2160 pixels) display from LG with 178-degree viewing angle and MEMC motion compensation. Xiaomi Mi USB Fan launched in India for Rs. 249

Xiaomi has finally launched the Mi Portable USB fan in India. The Mi portable fan comes with a body that has a motor and a USB port. The plastic blade needs to be attached to the top and has a flexible body, similar to the Mi LED light that was launched earlier this year. It only makes 25.8db of noise, says the company. Xiaomi has scheduled (Via) an event on October 19th to introduce a new product. The invite just says that it will be a next-generation Mi device, which hints at several upcoming devices such as the most rumored Mi 5, Mi 5 Plus and even the Mi Pad 2. The Chinese company introduced the Mi 4c smartphone last month and the Redmi Note 2 smartphone along with the Redmi Note 2 Prime were introduced in August. Xiaomi has launched PickMi doorstep home pick up and drop service across India. It costs Rs. 189 including taxes and is available for all Mi products. You can all the toll-free number 1800 103 6286 to avail the PickMi service. Xiaomi recently partnered with Delhi-based startup GadgetWood multi-brand repair and support service provider for more service centres, and one-day repair and delivery services in Delhi-NCR region.
