Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom Benchmarks
Samsung launched the Galaxy S4 Zoom in India today at a price tag of Rs. 29,900. We unboxed the device earlier this month. Here we have the benchmarks of the S4 zoom. Even though the phone is called a camera phone for its 16-megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom it packs a powerful Exynos 4212 dual-core Cortex A9 chip clocked at 1.5 GHz with 400 MHz Mali 400MP4 GPU. Samsung uses the same chip in the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0. It runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). The Samsung Galaxy Camera that we reviewed last year uses a quad-core Exynos 4412 chip clocked at 1.4 GHz with 440 MHz Mali-400 MP4 GPU. Both these devices are based on 32 nm HKMGprocess.

It is no secret that Samsung will have a next generation Note out later this year. The Galaxy Note 3 as it will most likely be known is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 800 processor. Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom Unboxing
We have an exclusive unboxing of the just announced Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom camera phone first on FoneArena which was showcased at an event in London last month where we got a hands on this super-sized camera phone.The S4 Zoom is basically a Galaxy S4 mini with a zoom lens attached to it on the back. It looks like a phone from the front but the moment you get a glimpse of that 10x zoom lens on the back, you just can’t continue to think of the Galaxy S4 zoom as a phone, it feels more like a mini version of the Galaxy Camera which was launched last year.The main difference between the two is that the S4 Zoom can make phone calls while the Galaxy Camera can’t. Samsung plans to invest Rs. 500 crores to ramp up mobile production in India
Samsung plans to invest Rs. 500 crores to increase the mobile phone production, according to a recent report from PTI. Samsung has been launching several Android smartphone in India at varying price range. The company launched the flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S4 recently. These were reports that Samsung is prepping their India plant to manufacture the Galaxy S4. Samsung’s Nokia facility manufactures 3.5 to 4 crore phones annually including high-end smartphones. Samsung has launched range of smartphones in India that are priced between Rs. 5240 and Rs. 40,300.
