DataWind the maker of the budget Aakash tablets has joined hands with Reliance Communications to launch a smartphone that will be priced as low as Rs 999 and will be available by the end of 2015, according to a latest report from the Economic Times.

Samsung Galaxy View 18.4-inch tablet listing reveals detailed specs, more images

Samsung teased the Galaxy View (SM-T670), a large-screen tablet at the IFA last month. It also appeared on GFXBench confirming the leaked specifications and the images of the tablet surfaced in a leak last week. Now the tablet has been listed on US online retailer Adorama (Via) revealing all the specifications and several images of the tablet. The description says that the Galaxy View will offer portable, touchable TV experience.

Xiaomi introduced the Mi 4c, a variant of the Mi 4 smartphone for the Chinese market last month. We brought you the unboxing and the photo gallery of the smartphone recently, here we have its benchmarks. The Mi 4c is powered by an Hexa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 64-bit 20nm processor that has two bigger ARM Cortex A57 cores clocked at 1.82GHz per core and four smaller ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.44GHz per core with 600 MHz Adreno 418 GPU. It has 2GB / 3GB of RAM depending on the variant, we have the 2GB RAM variant. It has a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop)-based MIUI 7 on top. Oppo has announced Neo 7, the company’s latest smartphone in the Neo series, as we exclusively reported last week. The successor of the new Neo 5 smartphone has a similar back with mirror finish, but this also has micro-arc frame with curved finish. Most of the specifications are similar to the Oppo Mirror 5 that includes a 5-inch qHD screen, Snapdragon 410 SoC, Android 5.1 (Lollipop) OS with Color OS 2.1 on top, 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, but this has 1GB of RAM instead of 2GB of RAM in the Mirror 5.
