Last year BlackBerry announced its plans to push hotfixes for critical issues and monthly Android security updates from Google for the BlackBerry Priv smartphone. Earlier this week it rolled out a 17MB OTA update for the BlackBerry Priv that includes Google’s March Android security update addressing multiple vulnerabilities. BlackBerry Priv was confirmed by CEO John Chen last month. BlackBerry officially confirmed some of the specifications of the smartphone, and even posted a demo video showing the keyboard in action. BlackBerry Priv (STV100-1) surfaced on the official BlackBerry Shop in the US and Canada few hours back, revealing the complete specifications of the smartphone, before it was pulled.
