Nokia C2-06 spotted on official website , launching soon ?

We just spotted the rumoured Nokia C2-06 in a official blog post about IPv6 on the Nokia blog. The handset was leaked in April with pics and is rumoured to be a S40 Touch and Type Dual SIM phone from Nokia.While the source does not talk about the device , the phone in the image has the letters C2 on the top left confirming previous rumours. Why the Nokia N8 is still the best camera phone !

When I was traveling in the US last month , I was carrying the N8 and it turned to replace my digicam.  I forgot my digicam at home and I was lazy to lug around by SLR. Nokia X7 and E6 Finally Shipping

Nokia just announced via its Nokia Conversations corporate blog that it has begun shipping its latest Symbian devices , the Nokia X7 and E6 as of today. The Nokia X7 is a monoblock form factor device with a 4″ screen and the same internals as the Nokia E7 and other Symbian 3 devices. The Nokia E6 on the other hand makes it a bit more interesting by mixing the classic portrait qwerty design of the E72 with a new high resolution touch screen panel and upgrading the specs all over. Now with the same internals as other S^3 devices , the phone has what can be termed as a retina display.

Nokia says that it’s finally shipping the C2-00 Dual SIM phone

Nokia has today announced that it’s finally shipping the Dual SIM C2-00 this quarter in markets such as India, China, Africa and Brazil which are developing markets. We got our hands on the phone at CommunicAsia in June 2010 and we don’t know what took Nokia so long to get this phone out in the market when the likes of Micromax and Karbonn churn out new Dual SIM phones every month. Unknown futuristic Nokia Phone featured in Real Steel Trailer?

Well well, look what I’ve just found! While watching the latest Trailer for “Real Steel“, a geeky Sci-Fi Robot fight movie, there’s Hugh Jackman tapping on his phone to end a call, which turns out to be an unknown(?), futuristic looking Nokia phone. It sure does look a bit like a N8/E7, with the plastic caps on top and bottom, with a transparent middle part. Of course phones will always be transformed a bit to fit into movie styles, but hey, it’s all fun, so why not show it to you?
