Nokia Drop – Push Images and Links from PC to your Nokia phone


Nokia Drop which is an experimental app from Nokia Beta labs lets you push images and links from your PC to your phone with a single click. This app is similar to Chrome to Phone app for Android devices.

This requires data connection on your phone but doesn’t need Wi-Fi or 3G. This is better than Chrome to Phone app on Android, which requires Dropbox account, but Nokia drop uses your OVI account to connect between the browser extension and phone app.

  • Send links from browser to your phone with a single click.
  • Send images to your phone in single click.
  • Set as wallpaper option lets you send the image to your phone sets it as wallpaper.
  • View recent activity both on desktop extension and the phone app.

This supports Firefox and Chrome browsers. The browser extensions and the phone app could be downloaded from Nokia Beta labs for Symbian ^3 and Symbian 5th edition devices.
