ZTE has arrived in India and with a bang, thanks to the Blade A2 Plus smartphone that they’ve introduced. ZTE claim to have designed it keeping the needs of the Indian consumer in mind and is a different iteration of the international Blade A2 model.

Huawei’s Honor brand introduced the Honor 6X smartphone with dual rear cameras for the global markets at the CES 2017 last month. It was launched in India a couple of weeks back and went on sale exclusively on Amazon.in in the first flash sale yesterday. The phone currently runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with the company’s own EMUI 4.1 on top. Now the company has promised to roll out EMUI 5.0 based on Android 7.0 (Nougat) starting from next month. Huawei Honor brand today introduced Honor 8 Lite, a cheaper version of last year’s flagship Honor 8 smartphone in Finland. The main difference is that this has a 12-megapixel single rear camera instead of dual 12-megapixel rear cameras on the Honor 8. This also comes with a less powerful Kirin 655 processor, similar to the Honor 6X instead of Honor 8’s Kirin 950 SoC, but this runs Android 7.0 (Nougat) with EMUI 5.0 out of the box. Samsung has finally started rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat update for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge devices India, couple of weeks after it started rolling out the update globally. The company had started Nougat beta testing on these device in November last year.
