Nokia has launched three flagship models on the three main US carriers, with two models being a global version. The 920 launched first, with the 928 and the 925 following it up with some improvements here and there. The 925 being the latest one with some improvements, the only question that props up is, is it good enough to be an upgrade from the other two? Lets find out. It was February 2012, good year after the big announcement when Nokia bid a huge farewell to Symbian in the form of the Nokia 808 PureView launch at MWC. While it lost a legacy, the company actually solidified and stretched its R&D superiority in smartphone cameras. Building on the Lumia 920’s anti-shake merits, Nokia plans to do a repeat of the earlier success, but now with its main strategic flagship OS, Windows Phone. That said, we had just witnessed a barrage of leaks regarding the successor to the Nokia 808, called the Nokia EOS(a codename) PureView, with its circular camera facade housing the purported 41 MP sensor. Unsurprisingly, more images have now leaked, that add more credibility to the earlier rumour. Lets discuss and speculate with the new leaked images then.

The Espoo company’s flagship has been around for a while, and was retailing at quite high a price. It was priced at around Rs. 36k – Rs. 38k in several places. It has now received a substantial price cut, at a time when other flagships like the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 have made their foray into the Indian market. Now retailing at Rs. 32, 639 at the Nokia India Online Store and for lesser elsewhere, Nokia hopes to attract more sales of the device in India. Equipped with a 8.7 megapixel PureView camera and a lot of other innovations like the wireless charging for example, the Lumia 920 comes with attractively coloured options.
