We had the chance to compare the Apple iPad with the Samsung Galaxy Tab. While the iPad has a metallic body , the Galaxy Tab has a plastic one. We found it easier to grip and type on the Galaxy Tab but found the large display on the iPad more fun to use. The iPad is heavier at 730g ( WiFi+3G version ) compared to the Tab at 385g. Samsung India just sent us an invite for an event in Delhi on Friday. While the product name is not mentioned anywhere, we are pretty sure that it’s the Galaxy Tab and nothing else as the word Tab is present in the invite.
