Apple said to launch AR glasses that relies on iPhone in Q2 2020

Update: October 9, 2019: Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo in a new research note has said that Apple’s augmented reality headset will enter mass production in fourth quarter of 2019 and launch in Q2 2020.  He added that Apple will partner with third-party brands for the AR headset, with Changying Precision tipped to be the main chassis supplier. This is said to be marketed as an iPhone accessory and primarily take a display role while wirelessly offloading computing, networking, and positioning to the iPhone.

Worldwide AR and VR headset market grew 9.4% YoY in Q3 2018: IDC

The combined AR and VR headset market grew 9.4% year over year in the Q3 2018, according to the IDC. The VR headset market returned to growth in Q3 2018 after four consecutive quarters of decline and now makes up 97% of the combined market. XPERIA ARC hitting India this March ?

Sony Ericsson just sent out some information regarding the upcoming XPERIA ARC which is a great looking phone. Looks like we have to wait till end of March this year for that handset to hit stores. This Android 2.3 smartphone with an ARC design and 8.7 mm thickness has managed to impress us for the looks.It’s got a nice 8.1 MP camera too.  We can’t wait to get our hands on it.
