Sony Ericsson is one of the famous mobile phone companies in the world and they are offering a lot of good handsets, and most of their smartphones are Android powered. AT&T to offer LG Thrill 4G for only $99 on contract
LG Thrill 4G was officially announced by AT&T back in March which is actually AT&T variant of world’s first ever 3D Android smartphone known as the LG Optimus 3D. We recently heard that AT&T will be launching it this month and July is about to end. Well, it seems that the launch is around the corner because BGR is reporting that AT&T will be launching it for $99 with a 2-yr contract but still no words on release date, but my guess is that either it’s coming in few days or probably in the first week of August. Sony Ericsson has officially confirmed on their Facebook page that the Xperia X10 Android 2.3 update would come this week. They announced this March that Xperia X10 would get Android 2.3 update in Q2 / early Q3 of 2011. Later they announced that the update would be available in August 2011. AT&T to launch Gingerbread update for all Android devices sold this year

Today, AT&T officially announced that all Android phones sold in 2011 will receive Android 2.3 Gingerbread update. HTC Salsa hitting China as HTC Weike, launching as Weibo-centric device
