Xiaomi has announced Service Order Status feature on Mi India website. This feature lets you track your device’s repair status just by entering required details like phone number/service number/IMEI number and verify with OTP on the Mi official website.

Mozilla Firefox and Amazon Silk browsers now available on Amazon Fire TV

Amazon has announced the roll out of Firefox browser and its own silk browser for Fire TV line-up including the regular Fire TV and the Fire TV Stick. After being in the testing phase in a closed group for a month now, Silk browser is available for everyone.

Google to officially shutdown Tango support in March 2018 to focus on ARCore

Google today has announced that it is shutting down the support for project Tango officially on March 1st, 2018. Project Tango was Google’s first ever attempt on augmented reality and it required special hardware in the form of cameras and sensors to accurately map 3D areas which in turn made the phones expensive.

Apple acknowledges macOS login flaw that lets anyone login without a password, will fix with an update

Mac OS users have found a serious software flaw on the High Sierra that lets anyone log in to the Mac without needing a password and can gain full admin access. The bug was first discovered by developer Lemi Ergin which allows anyone log into an admin account using the username “root” with no password.
