Apple iPhone 16, iPhone 17, iPhone 17e and iPhone Air get a price hike in India

Apple introduced iPhone 18 Pro series at an event a few hours back. At the event that company usually announces price cuts for the older model, but this time the company has increased the prices of the iPhone 16, iPhone 17, iPhone Air, and iPhone 17e globally, including in India.

The price adjustments affect the iPhone 16, iPhone 17, iPhone 17e, and the ultra-slim iPhone Air lineups, with revisions spanning multiple storage configurations.

Additionally, in line with typical product cycle transitions, Apple has removed the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max from its official storefront following the arrival of the new flagship models.

Even though Apple sets a standard MRP, some third-party retailers usually sell the smartphones at cheaper rates during sale, so we can expect some discounts during the upcoming Big Billion Days sale and Amazon Great Indian Festival sale later this month or in early October. So, if you are planning to get an iPhone, you should wait.
