Earlier today, Xiaomi announced that it has sold more than 70 million smartphones during 2015 which is 10 million units shorter of it’s 80 million target. The Chinese smartphone maker has now expanded its operations to UAE.
Xiaomi declined to reveal the sales numbers for its smartphones to the media in December 2015. People expected that the company could be avoiding it as they might have missed their target of 80-100 million devices that year. However, the actual sales numbers are much worse according to Weibo.
Netflix, which recently expanded to more than 130 countries including India, is getting serious about controlling the access of its content. The popular movie and TV shows streaming service will stop subscribers from using internet proxies and VPN to view content that is not available in their countries.

Apple Music has surpassed 10 million subscribers in just six months since its official launch in June, according to a new report from the Financial Times. The music streaming service was launched in June with three months of free trial.
