Microsoft introduces Windows Collaboration Displays cheaper than Surface Hubs

Microsoft at the Computex event in Japan has introduced a new category of teamwork devices; the Windows Collaboration Displays. The main goal of these devices is to allow people to experience Microsoft 365 collaboration tools like Office, Teams, and Whiteboard at room scale, and include built-in sensors that can connect to Azure IoT spatial intelligence capabilities.

After Honor 7X, Honor 9 Lite is now being manufactured in Tamil Nadu

Huawei’s Honor brand back in February started manufacturing the Honor 7X in Tamil Nadu, India in partnership with Flex at its plant in Sriperumbudur, near Chennai. Xiaomi Redmi 6 announcement set for June 12

Xiaomi today confirmed that it will introduce its budget Redmi 6 smartphone at an event in China on June 12th. This is the successor of Redmi 5 that was announced back in December last year. Xiaomi smartphones with model numbers M1804C3CC, M1804C3DE and M1804C3CE got certified by TENAA last month, so this could be the Redmi 6.

Intel introduces Core i7-8086K Limited Edition Processor with up to 5.0 GHz single-core turbo frequency

Intel today has announced the Core i7-8700K limited edition processor with upto 5.0 GHz single-core turbo frequency. It is the new hyper-frequency version of the company’s Coffee Lake processor in the Core i7-8086K. Intel says that the Core i7-8700K limited edition processor will only be made in limited 50,000 units.

After several rumors Microsoft has confirmed that it will acquire open source software development platform GitHub for $7.5 billion in all stock consideration. It also said that GitHub will retain its developer-first ethos, operate independently and remain an open platform.
