OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G Review: A good camera smartphone for under Rs. 40000

Over the last few years, the OPPO Reno smartphone series has been a great example of excellent mid-range devices with impressive camera capabilities. The latest to join the family for Indian customers is the Reno6 series, which consists of two devices – the Reno6 and the Reno6 Pro.

At Rs. 39990, the Reno6 Pro does demand a premium price for a mid-range device, and for that it promises to be a smartphone with a great design, reasonable specs and impressive camera capabilities. Does OPPO deliver on these promises, though? Read on to find out in my review of the Reno6 Pro.

Nord 2 Blast: OnePlus says it was due to external factors and not a manufacturing defect

On July 31st, a Twitter user posted an image of a burnt OnePlus Nord 2 that was 5 days old. He added that the phone blasted and smoke started coming out when the phone was inside a sling bag. In a reply to the user, OnePlus Support said that they are deeply concerned and asked the user to connect via direct message. After a couple of days, the original tweet disappeared, but you can see the screenshot of the cached version below. Xiaomi’s Redmi brand today launched the RedmiBook Pro and RedmiBook e-Learning Edition, the company’s first laptops in India, as it had promised. The RedmiBook Pro has a 15.6-inch FHD screen, is powered by  11th Generation Intel Core i5 Tiger lake H35 series processor with Intel Iris Xe graphics, 8GB of RAM and 512GB of NVMe SSD. The company says that it has large cooling vents on the bottom. Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro with Tensor SoC, upgraded cameras, aluminium frame teased ahead of launch

After rumours, Google has officially confirmed the launch of Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro smartphones later this fall. The company has also confirmed the design of the phones in images, and also said that these will use new Tensor SoC, which was earlier rumoured to be called “GS101”, codenamed “Whitechapel”. Both these will have an aluminium frame with matte finish on the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro will come with a polished aluminium frame.
