Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro with next-gen Tensor SoC teased ahead of launch

After rumours, Google has officially confirmed the launch of Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones later this fall. The company has also confirmed the design of the phones in images, and also said that these will use next-generation Tensor SoC and will run Android 13 out of the box.

The phones still have a camera bar, but these are smaller compared to the Pixel 6 series. Both these will have an aluminium frame with matte finish on the Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro will come with a polished aluminium finish. The image shows  dual rear cameras for the Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro will have triple rear cameras, including a periscope telephoto camera.

The Pixel 7 will come in Obsidian, Snow and Lemongrass colours and the Pixel7 Pro will be available in Obsidian, Snow and Hazel colours.

Earlier  rumours revealed Tensor GS201 SoC and Exynos 5300 modem for the phones. We should know more details about the phones in the coming months, before they go official in the fall, which is sometime in October, according to earlier reports.
