HONOR 70 series with 54MP camera to be announced on May 30
HONOR today confirmed the launch of HONOR 70 series of smartphones in China on May 30th. The successor to last year’s HONOR 60 series will feature similar dual cutouts for the camera, but the teaser video confirms a new 54MP 1/1.49″ main rear camera with f/1.9 aperture compared to 108MP camera in the predecessor. AMD and Qualcomm to optimize FastConnect for Ryzen processors
Qualcomm and AMD have signed a partnership to contribute to the optimization of Qualcomm’s FastConnect system on AMD Ryzen processor-based computing platforms. It retains the Dimensity 8100-MAX SoC from the OnePlus Ace and also has HyperBoost game frame stabilization engine, and has 8-layer cooling system that includes a large area of liquid-cooled VC, diamond thermal conductive material, ultra-high density graphite and 360°antenna, but this replaces the OLED screen with a 6.59-inch 120Hz LCD screen with variable refresh rate.
