T-Mobile has announced two new tablets, Huawei SpringBoard and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 that runs on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) and supports 4G HSPA+ connectivity . The T-Mobile SpringBoard features 7-inch ( 1280 X 800 pixels) multi-touch display and 1.2 GHz Qualcomm MSM8260 dual-core processor. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1-inch ( 1280 X 800 pixels) multi-touch display and it is powered by 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor. LG shows off True HD IPS display with better resolution, brightness and colors

LG unveiled LG Optimus LTE Smartphone with 4.5–inch True HD IPS display in Korea last week. This offers advanced resolution, brightness and clarity and shows colors in their most natural tones. The display is developed in close collaboration with sister company LG Display and it offers 16:9 screen viewing without distortion that are used in the television industry. LG introduced 3D stereoscopic display on the Optimus 3D and the 700-nit superbright NOVA display on the Optimus Black. Intel AppUp and the problem of content curation
Intel held its annual AppUp Elements conference in Seattle last week. Amongst the announcements including that of Tizen , one of the more relevant topics touched upon was content curation. The session led by Peter Biddle , GM AppUp Products , was a fresh look at the app curation model and how AppUp could innovate. The problem of app discovery is not one to be overlooked. To take an example , sorting through and finding the app you need from over 425,000 available on the iTunes store is a herculean task.

T-Mobile announces myTouch and myTouch Q

T-Mobile has announced two new phones, myTouch and myTouch Q, manufactured by LG. These phones run on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and features 1 GHz Qualcomm processor. These phones also has 5MP auto focus camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording. The myTouch has 3.8-inch touch screen, front and comes with pre-installed Swype keyboard.
