Sprint announces HTC EVO 4G LTE, coming in Q2 2012 for $199.99

Sprint has announced HTC EVO 4G LTE, their new phone in the HTC EVO family. It has 4.7-inch HD super LCD display and is powered by 1.5GHz Dual-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Processor. It runs on the latest Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich, integrated with Sense 4.0. It has 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flash, instant capture capability and 1.3MP front-facing camera. Option unveils Beemo, quad-band 4G LTE USB modem

Option, a global leader in wireless connectivity, security and experience has launched Beemo, its new quad-band (800/900/1800/2600 MHz) 4G LTE USB modem. It comes with an external antenna connector that enables users to improve the signal in areas with low signal strength and has proven superior heat dissipation. Samsung Galaxy S3 Press Invite Leaked , May 22nd UK launch ?

A new image of the Samsung Galaxy S3 seems to have leaked online on a Korean website. The image looks like a press invite for the Samsung Galaxy S3 launch in London on May 22nd. HTC One X Unboxing Pics and Video

The HTC One X is now available in India at an MRP of Rs.42999 ouch and you can grab one at a store for much lesser at around Rs.37000 according to few shops who are stocking the handset. The HTC One X is the first Quad Core phone to launch in India and it is also the first phone to launch in India running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (Samsung Galaxy Nexus is still not officially launched). The retail package is not similar to the ones we saw in France but slightly different. Take a look at the unboxing video below.

Dear Microsoft, Taking A Screenshot Shouldn’t Be A Privilege Nor A Struggle

I have had the Nokia Lumia 800 in my hands for a couple of weeks and been marveling at the Windows Phone Mango interface and usability. As a blogger, I want to share these with you, but you know what I discovered? You can’t take a screenshot on Windows Phone 7. Actually, you can, but you’ll need to go through so many hoops that you’ll want to kill yourself before the process is done. Here’s a rundown of my trials and tribulations over the past few days with the process, in hope of shedding a light on the sheer silliness of the situation.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 series delayed, to launch late April

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7-inch and 10-inch tablets have been delayed until the end of April 2012, according to ComputerWorld. Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 tablet mid-February and the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 late-February and these were supposed to launch in March starting from UK. Airtel to launch 4G services in Kolkata this month, appoints ZTE to manage the network


Bharti Airtel is all set to launch 4G services in India later this month in Kolkata. Bharti Airtel’s CEO Sanjay Kapoor confirmed it in GSMA event in New Delhi. It would also be the first operator in the country to launch 4G services. It is based on 4G LTE-TDD technology that would offer speeds up to 100 Mbps. Sprint has announced the pricing and pre-order availability date for the LG Viper, their first 4G LTE capable device that is also Eco-friendly. It has 4-inch (480 x 800 pixels) touch screen display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It has 5MP rear camera with flash and VGA front-facing camera, NFC support, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB ROM with 32GB expandable memory using MicroSD. Motorola RAZR MAXX with 3300 mAh battery hitting Europe and Middle East in May 2012

The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx was launched on Verizon for consumers in USA earlier this year.Features wise it’s almost identical to the Motorola DROID RAZR.
