Asus launched the ZenPad 8.0 and ZenPad 7.0 at the Zenfestival in India back in August. The ZenPad 7.0 went on sale in the country for Rs. 11,999 back in October, and the ZenPad 8.0 went on sale last month for Rs. 14,999 . Xiaomi has launched Redmi Note Prime, the company’s latest smartphone in the Redmi Note series in India, when everyone expected the Redmi Note 2 Prime. It packs a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 64-bit processor with Mali 450 GPU and runs on MIUI v7. Back in October, we reviewed the OPPO Mirror 5. A smartphone that came with lower mid-range specification at a mid-ranger price. The smartphone had quite a nice design with the mirror finish at the back. However, the low resolution display, poor battery life and lack of 4G LTE support really didn’t do it any good. The OPPO Neo 7 is basically a slightly different version of the Mirror 5. It is better in some ways especially due to the 4G LTE support however, the RAM has been downgraded from 2GB to 1GB RAM. So, overall the smartphone seems like a mixed bag judging by the specs sheet. Let us take a look at the review to see whether the smartphone impresses us or leaves us in doubt just like the Mirror 5.

Huawei introduced the Honor 7 smartphone in China back in July and launched it in India in October. Today at the honor event the company introduced an enhanced version of the smartphone that has a smart key to give quick shortcuts. You can give voice commands to facilitate navigation, go running and more. It can only remind you if you have friends within your vicinity. Huawei has partnered with Baidu and will bring Siri-like features. Smart key will bring that up in the future. At the honor event in Shenzhen, China, Huawei announced that it is will release its HiLink SDK in Q2 2016. The HiLink protocol will unify your smart home IOT devices using a unified language. It works via Zigbee, WiFi and Bluetooth. Huawei Honor president George Zhao said that the company will also release Huawei Lite OS with very light kernel and ultra fast startup time of 700ms in Q2 2016. Last month Microsoft announced that it will be downgrading free OneDrive storage from 15 GB to 5 GB for all users and discontinue 15 GB camera roll storage bonus in early 2016. After backlash from users, Microsoft has decided to offer its legacy customers to retain 15GB of storage. It also announced that users can also retain their 15GB of camera roll storage bonus that can be claimed until the end of January.
