Coolpad Note 3 gets a price cut in India, now available for Rs. 8499
Coolpad launched the Note 3 smartphone in India back in October last year for Rs. 8,999. Today the company has announced a permanent Rs. 500 price cut for the Black version of the smartphone to celebrate the success of Note 3 voted as the No.1 smartphone in the sub 10k category. Coolpad said that it also won the “Best mobile and accessory brand” in “Brands with Outstanding E-Retail Performance category” at the India Retail & E-retail Congress. The smartphone shipment in India increased 23% in Q1 2016, according to a new report from Counterpoint’s Market Monitor service. Huawei Jewel and Elegant smartwatches for women now available in the US starting at $450
Huawei introduced its Jewel and Elegant Android Wear smartwatches for Women at the CES 2016 earlier this year. Both these have a 1.4″ circular AMOLED display, similar to the original Huawei Watch, but these have a larger 44mm dial as opposed to 42mm in the original. The Elegant features a top ring design on a rose-gold plated body, while the Jewel features 68 Swarovski Zirconia encircling the face.
