OnePlus has finally started rolling out OxygenOS 4.0 update based on Android 7.0 (Nougat) for the beta testers in the form of Open Beta 8. This brings all the Nougat features such as Multi-window support, Notification enhancements, custom DPI support Background optimizations and more. It also brings new status bar icon options, quick launch for third-party apps and improved shelf customization. It also includes December 1st Android security update. Moto Z could get Tango AR functionality via a MotoMod

Google’s Tango 3D camera technology which is currently present on Lenovo’s Phab2 Pro is expected to land on Motorola’s Moto Z. Aymar de Lencquesaing, Chairman and President of Motorola Mobile business, revealed at a press event that the Moto Z might get Project Tango support using a Mod.

Fitbit is said to be close to buying smartwatch maker Pebble, according to a latest report from The Information. There is no word on the price of the deal but the report says it is for a “small amount”. Some reports are claiming the amount of acquisition between $34-$40 million. Lava has launched X50+, the company’s latest 4G smartphone with support for VoLTE. It has a 5.5-inch HD display, is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera that also has LED flash. Asus launched the Zenfone 3 Ultra and Zenfone 3 Deluxe smartphones at the Z3nvolution event in India back in August. Today the company has announced that both these smartphones are available in the country. The Zenfone 3 Ultra has a 6.8-inch 1080p display with 79% Screen to Body Ratio and is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 652 processor. The Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe has a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display and is powered by Snapdragon 820 / 821 SoC with 6GB of RAM.
