HERE Maps has signed a multi-year strategic commercial agreement with Microsoft to where the later will leverage former’s map data and platform services in the development of its products and services. In fact, Microsoft was already using Here data in Bing Maps (Bing.com, Cortana and other services) and Bing Maps API. BlackBerry and TCL sign smartphone software and brand licensing deal
BlackBerry already announced that it will end all internal hardware development and will outsource it to partners to focus on software development, including security and applications. Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe Review
A couple of months back, Asus took it upon itself to introduce a slew of new devices under the Zenfone moniker. Airtel Payments Bank begins pilot services in Karnataka
Airtel Payments Bank, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel rolled out a pilot of its banking services in Rajasthan last month. It also announced that it will be offering one minute of talk time for every Rupee deposited for first time deposits only. Today it has launched pilot services in Karnataka across 12,000 Airtel retail outlets. “70 % of these banking points are in rural areas, thereby driving financial inclusion and reaching unbanked/underbanked areas,” said the company. Lenovo’s ZUK Edge, upcoming smartphone had already surfaced on TENAA and some benchmark listing.
