Smart Assistant now rolling out to MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM users

Xiaomi announced the latest iteration of its android skin on 25th July in an event in China with new features like Smart Assistant, Split Screen and Universal Image Search. MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM started rolling out to Global ROM users on 11th July but many of these features were exclusive to MIUI China ROM till now. MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM now available for 9 more Xiaomi smartphones

Xiaomi announced MIUI last month along with the Mi 5X smartphone. After closed beta for Mi 6 and Redmi Note 4X (Qualcomm) in China on July 27th, it released the public beta of China ROM for Mi 6, Mi 5X, and Redmi Note 4X (Qualcomm) on August 11th. As it had promised, in the second batch, it has released the ROM for 9 more smartphones last week.
