Airtel V-Fiber with speeds up to 100Mbps launched in Mumbai
Airtel launched ‘V-Fiber’ broadband in Chennai back in October, today it has launched V-Fiber in Mumbai that offers speeds of up to 100 Mbps. It is based on Vectorization, which is Europe’s No.1 fixed broadband technology. As Airtel said already, there is no need for wiring or drilling in customer’s premises, just a new modem upgrade is required to experience ‘V-Fiber’. Opera has announced that Moore Frères, an investment holding company has acquired a majority, controlling stake in Opera TV. If you don’t know, Opera TV is an independent developer of cloud and embedded software that enables the TV and media industry’s transition to over-the-top (OTT) content, whereby video can be streamed directly to consumers’ living rooms via the Internet, to devices such as Smart TVs, Blu-ray disc players, set-top boxes and video game consoles.
