Amazon has introduced its 8th Generation Fire HD 8 for this year. This is almost similar specifications as the previous Fire HD 8 model, but this comes with Alexa hands-free that lets you ask Alexa to play a song, pause a movie, video call a friend or family member, and more—using only your voice, even when your screen is on standby. It has a new 2-megapixel front camera, up from VGA in the previous generation, and also runs new Fire OS 6, but it is still based on Android Nougat.

Vivo just announced X23, the company’s latest top-end smartphone in the ‘X series’ at an event in China, as it had promised. It has a 6.41-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 1.76 mm slim bezels on the sides, 91.27 % screen-to-body ratio and 19.5:9 aspect ratio, which it calls Halo FullView display. It is powered by Snapdragon 670 AIE with 8GB of RAM, has a 12-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture along with a 13-megapixel 125-degree wide-angle secondary camera to capture 3D depth of field information. It has IR face unlock and packs a 12-megapixel front camera with AI beautify feature.
