Apple today announced that Google Maps is now supported on Apple CarPlay, meaning that iPhone users can now replace Apple Maps with Google Maps for navigation. Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy J6+ and Galaxy J4+ smartphones with Infinity displays after the listing surfaced online. Both the smartphones have 6-inch HD+ Infinity displays, Quad-Core SoC, which could be Snapdragon 425 as rumored earlier, but the company says that the SoC differs depending on the region. These run Android 8.1 (Oreo) and pack a 3300mAh battery. The J6+ will feature a fingerprint sensor on the right frame as well as dual rear cameras, which the J4+ lacks. After Samsung confirmed the launch of Galaxy J6+ and Galaxy J4+ smartphones with Infinity displays exclusively on Amazon India. Both the smartphones have been listed online with images and complete specifications. This reveals 6-inch HD+ Infinity displays, Snapdragon 425 SoC, Android 8.1 (Oreo) and a 3300mAh battery for both the phones. The J6+ will feature a fingerprint sensor on the right frame as well as dual rear cameras.
After the live images and video, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has been listed online for sale. We already know specifications of the phone, which revealed it as a minor upgrade compared to the Redmi Note 5 Pro. Major change is the 6.28-inch screen with a notch and 19:9 aspect ratio and dual front cameras.
OPPO’s sub-brand Realme launched the Realme 2, the company’s second-generation smartphone in India last month. During the first sale the company said that it sold 200,000 or 2 lakh units of smartphones in just 5 minutes on Flipkart. In the second sale last week it said that it sold 170,000 or 1.7 lakh units with combined sales of 3.7 lakh units in first two sales.
