Lenovo has announced Tab V7, the company’s latest tablet at MWC 2019. It has a large 6.9-inch Full HD+ 18:9 display with 81% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 450 with up to 4GB of RAM, runs Android Pie, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel camera on the front. It has dedicated Dual SIM slots with support for 4G, voice calling and dual front firing speakers and Dolby Atmos. LG V50 ThinQ 5G with 6.4-inch Quad HD+ OLED display, Snapdragon 855, triple rear cameras, dual screen accessory announced

Along with the G8 ThinQ, LG also introduced the V50 ThinQ 5G, the company’s first 5G smartphone at the MWC. It is powered by  Snapdragon 855 with Snapdragon X50 5G Modem and has a new Vapor Chamber heat-dissipation system that efficiently keeps the internal temperatures low. It has a 6.4-inch QHD+ OLED screen, has triple rear cameras with 16MP 107-degree super wide-angle, 12MP standard and 12MP telephoto with 2x optical zoom. It has an 8-megapixel front camera and replaces the 3D ToF sensor on the G8 with a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens. LG G8 ThinQ with 6.1-inch Quad HD+ OLED display, Snapdragon 855, triple rear cameras, 3D face unlock announced

LG has announced its flagship G8 ThinQ smartphone at its MWC event as it had promised. It has a 6.1-inch FullVision OLED display, is powered by Snapdragon 855 with 6GB of RAM, runs Android Pie, has triple rear cameras, 16MP 107-degree super wide-angle, 12MP standard and 12MP telephoto with 2x optical zoom. It has 3D ToF front camera that measures the distance between the subject and the camera in millimeters to control the intensity of the background blur up to 256 levels for selfies with more depth. It also offers enhanced security with Hand ID and Face Unlock

Nokia 1 Plus Android Pie (Go Edition) smartphone with 5.45-inch display, 4G VoLTE announced

HMD Global has announced Nokia 1 Plus, the company’s latest Android Go Edition phone and the successor of  Nokia 1 that was introduced last year at the MWC. It has a 5.45-inch FWVGA+ IPS, compared to 4.5-inch FWVGA screen in the predecessor, is powered by MediaTek MT6739 SoC with 1GB of RAM, runs Android 9.0 (Pie) Go Edition. It has an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera.

Nokia 9 PureView with 5.99-inch Quad HD pOLED HDR 10 display, Five rear cameras with ZEISS Optics, in-display fingerprint sensor announced

HMD Global just announced Nokia 9 PureView, the company’s latest flagship smartphone at an event in MWC, as expected . The main highlight of the smartphone is its 12MP penta rear cameras, two RGB and three monochrome lenses to collect up to 10-times the amount of light than a single colour sensor, with ZEISS Optics. Developed in cooperation with multi-sensor camera company Light, it captures HDR shots using five cameras simultaneously with up to 12.4 stops of dynamic range and a full scene 12MP depth map and fuse it together into one 12MP photo with outstanding dynamic range and depth of field to refocus later. It is capable of shooting 60-megapixel images in burst mode and can process up to 240 megapixels of data.

HUAWEI Mate X foldable 5G smartphone announced, features two OLED displays that unfold into a large 8-inch screen

HUAWEI has introduced its first foldable smartphone – Mate X at an event in Barcelona, as it had promised.  It has a 6.6-inch OLED screen on the front and 6.38-inch screen on the back that expands to a 8-inch screen when unfolded. It features a Falcon Wing design with a stretchable hinge for a smooth and flat finish on both sides of the device. The screen doesn’t over stretch while folding or bulge in unfolding. It is just 5.4mm at its thinnest point.

Xiaomi Mi 9 with 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 855, triple rear cameras, in-display fingerprint sensor goes global

It was introduced in China earlier this week, and packs a 6.39-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection and 90.7% screen to body ratio, is powered by the latest Snapdragon 855 7nm Mobile Platform and runs Android 9.0 (Pie) with MIUI 10 on top. Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 5G with 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 855 to roll out starting from May 2019

Xiaomi just announced Mi MIX 3 5G, the company’s first 5G smartphone, as it had promised at the Mi MIX 3 event back in October. It has the same 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED 93.4% screen-to-body ratio display, but this comes with Snapdragon 855 7nm SoC with Qualcomm X50 5G modem. It has a ceramic back, hybrid cooling, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and packs a larger 3800mAh battery with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ fast charging as well as 10W wireless charging.

OPPO unveils its first 5G smartphone powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855

Other than its 10x optical zoom camera tech, OPPO also unveiled its first 5G smartphone at its ‘Get Closer’ MWC event in Barcelona. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform with Snapdragon X50 5G modem. OPPO did not share the model number of the phone or when it will launch, but the device shown looked similar to the Find X without a notch. The company even unveiled its 5G-ready prototype based on the Find X, a developer version with integrated communication capabilities in December.
