Xiaomi Mi Music gets Hungama Music Integration

A couple of weeks ago Xiaomi integrated content from streaming apps like Hungama Play, Youtube, Hotstar, Amazon Prime Videos into its Mi Video app. Content from Hungama is displayed on the homepage of Mi Video app as Xiaomi had made an investment of $25 Million back in 2016. Following it, Xiaomi has now integrated Hungama Music into Mi Music app. The update for Mi Music was rolled out with MIUI Global Beta 8.3.29 ROM update yesterday. Reliance Jio launched Reliance Jio Prime membership at a one-time payment of Rs. 99 for a year back in March last year, which was supposed to end tomorrow, 31st March 2018. Xiaomi Redmi 5 Camera Samples

Xiaomi launched the Redmi 5 smartphone in India earlier this month. We recently brought you the unboxing and first impressions of the smartphone, here we have the camera samples from the phone. The Redmi  5 has a 12-megapixel rear camera with 5-element lens, f/2.2 aperture and large 1.25μm pixel size, same as the Redmi Note 5, but it has a single LED flash compared to dual-tone LED flash. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and selfie flash. How to install Android 8.1 Oreo on Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro

Earlier this month, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 in China which was launched as Redmi Note 5 Pro in India. The Redmi Note 5 China variant has a couple of changes as compare to Redmi Note 5 Pro, it runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Treble support and has Dual 4G VoLTE support for both the SIM cards. Huawei has introduced new Enjoy 8, Enjoy 8 Plus and Enjoy 8e smartphones in the ‘Enjoy series’ in China. The Enjoy 8 and Enjoy 8e have HD+ 18:9 screens, are powered by Snapdragon 430 SoCs, have a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a 2-megapixel secondary camera. The  Enjoy 8 Plus has a 5.93-inch Full HD+ display, feature dual front and rear cameras and pack a 4000mAh battery. Moto G6 Plus with 5.93-inch FHD+ display, 6GB RAM and Moto G6, Moto G6 Play renders, detailed specifications surface

Details about the Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus and Moto G6 Play surfaced earlier this year. The Moto G6 got certified in China. Now all the three smartphones have been listed on an Hungarian site with images and full specifications. This reveals 18:9 display and front LED flash for all the smartphones, dual rear cameras and front-mounted fingerprint sensor for the G6 and G6 Plus and rear mounted fingerprint sensor on the Moto logo on the Moto G6 Play. Moto Z3 Play with 6.1-inch display, Snapdragon 636, dual rear cameras gets certified by the FCC

Moto Z3 Play first surfaced in render back in January revealing 6-inch 18:9 screen, smart camera and support for MotoMods and the cases for the surfaced recently. Now the smartphone has passed through the FCC with the model number XT1929 that reveals that it will come with a 6.1-inch display, which will likely be Full HD+. It also confirms Snapdragon 636 SoC, 4GB RAM with 32GB or 64GB storage variants. It will come in single SIM and dual SIM variants depending on the region. Apple releases iOS 11.3 with Battery Health Tool, ARKit 1.5, Business Chat, New Animoji and more

Apple just released iOS 11.3, a major update for iPhone and iPad, about three months after the release of iOS 11.2.  The update brings ARKit 1.5 to offer even more immersive AR experiences to recognize and place virtual objects on vertical surfaces like walls and doors, and more accurately map irregularly shaped surfaces like circular tables for next-generation AR apps,  iPhone Battery Health (Beta) to show battery health and recommend if a battery needs to be serviced. This feature is available in Settings -> Battery for iPhone 6 and later.  As promised, it is now possible to disable Apple’s power management feature.

After the listing, GoPro has officially launched its new entry-level HERO waterproof action camera in India. It comes with a 10-megapixel sensor capable of recording videos at 1080p 60fps resoltion, has voice control for hands-free recording and comes with built in stabilization.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 with Snapdragon 845, Android 8.1 surfaces in benchmarks

Samsung Galaxy Note9 (SM-N960U) running Android 8.0 appeared on HTML5 test browser benchmark last month. Now the smartphone has surfaced on Geekbench listing that reveals that it will be powered by Snapdragon 845 with 6GB RAM and run Android 8.1 (Oreo). It doesn’t reveal another specifications. Xiaomi has silently introduced new Mi TV 4S 55-inch 4K HDR Smart TV in China. It has the same PatchWall, a UI layer on top of the Android OS that’s based on deep learning AI technology that can curate content based on recommendations and also has Dolby and DTS Audio.
