Xiaomi at its Mi POP event in Mumbai officially launched the new Mi Music app with Hungama Music integration. This was rolled out in beta for Xiaomi users back in March. With the partnership, over 10 million tracks will be available for free for streaming across 13 Indian languages as well as international languages.
A couple of weeks ago Xiaomi integrated content from streaming apps like Hungama Play, Youtube, Hotstar, Amazon Prime Videos into its Mi Video app. Content from Hungama is displayed on the homepage of Mi Video app as Xiaomi had made an investment of $25 Million back in 2016. Following it, Xiaomi has now integrated Hungama Music into Mi Music app. The update for Mi Music was rolled out with MIUI Global Beta 8.3.29 ROM update yesterday.
