Apple just released iOS 11.2, a major update for iPhone and iPad, a month after the release of iOS 11.1.  The update brings Apple Pay Cash, peer-to-peer money transfer feature in iMessage in the U.S. The update also brings faster 7.5W wireless charging on iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone X with compatible third-party Qi-based wireless charging accessories.

The update also brings three new Live wallpapers for iPhone X, redesigned camera emojis, better video camera stabilization, several fixes including fixes for a date bug that caused continual crashing in iOS 11.1.2 on December 2.

The iOS 11.2 update is about 430MB in size that varies depending on the device and is already available over-the-air (OTA). It is compatible with iPhone 5s and later, all iPad Air and iPad Pro models, iPad 5th generation, iPad mini 2 and later and iPod touch 6th generation. Check out the complete changelog below.

iOS 11.2 introduces Apple Pay Cash to send, request, and receive money from friends and family with Apple Pay. This update also includes bug fixes and improvements.
