Motorola Moto X (2nd Gen) has received a temporary price cut in India. All the variants of the Moto X (2nd Gen) get flat Rs. 8,000 off for a limited period. Motorola Moto G (2nd Gen) and Moto X (2nd Gen) received a temporary price cut last month. The company launched the 32GB variant of the Moto X (2nd Gen) in India back in December last year for Rs. 32999 At that time the 16GB variant got a price cut. Lenovo launched the A6000 Plus, an enhanced version of the A6000 with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage last month. It also launched the A7000 smartphone with a larger screen and Android 5.0 (Lollipop) last month. Now the company is selling the smartphone without registrations in open sale on today, May 25th and tomorrow, May 26th, 2015 on Flipkart. It says that the offer is valid till stocks last. Huawei launched the Huawei Holly smartphone and the Honor X1 tablet in India exclusively on Flipkart last year. Since then it launched several Honor branded devices on Flipkart, and recently launched the Honor Bee and Honor 4C smartphones in the country, in partnership with Flipkart. Samsung Galaxy J5 (SM-J5008) and Galaxy J7 (SM-J7008) that were rumored for the past few months have been certified in China on TENAA (via). Most of the specifications of these coincides with earlier leak. The Galaxy J5 was rumored to feature a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 SoC, but the new listing says that it has a 1.2GHz octa-core SoC. Microsoft is working on an app called OneClip for iOS, Android, Windows Phone and Windows PC, according to a leak. This will let you send clipboard text, links, phone numbers, screenshots and more from your PC to your smartphones easily. The content will be synced over the cloud between your devices. You need to set up the software in your PC using a PIN code generated on one of your devices. You can later connect multiple smartphones and systems using a single account. SwiftKey has launched Hexy Launcher, developed by its new Greenhouse arm, which is a hub for them to test experimental software. It launched Clarity keyboard beta for Android last month, which was the first Greenhouse release. Hexy arranges apps in hexagonal tiles. The launcher is automatic and predictive, so that it learns from how you use apps to surface the app you’re most likely to want to use next. Last month Asus announced that it will roll out Android 5.0 (Lollipop) update for its Zenfone series starting from May, starting from the Zenfone 5 LTE (A500KL) from early May, followed by Zenfone 4 (A400CG/A450CG), Zenfone 5 (A500CG) and the Zenfone 6 (A600CG) in mid-May. The update was expected to roll out at the end of April, later it was postponed to May, now the company has announced that it has found issues during verification, hence the update is delayed to provide better user experience.
